• Space is limited. Pre-registration is strongly advised due to space limitations. The chairman would like everyone to participate so please call ahead.
• Entries must be delivered Thursday, Oct. 9 from 5-7 p.m. or Friday,
Oct. 10, from 1-3 p.m. and picked up between 5:00 and 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Vehicles will not be allowed on the fairgrounds until after 6:00 p.m.
• A BEST IN SHOW ribbon will be awarded for the overall most outstanding display in Elementary and Preschools. Each "Division" will receive a "Best in Show" ribbon.
