Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 10:15 a.m. SHARP. The competition begins at 10:30 a.m.

Class 5 Joanne Haight, Sandwich, NH 41’4”
Class 6 Shirl Stanek, Sandwich, NH 31’10”
2025 Grand Champion Lauren Schipmann with a toss of 53’3” !
In its 16th year, even with the threat of a nor’easter, the Skillet Toss had 59 participants!
We are looking forward to favorable weather and a strong showing this year!
Rules & Classes
RULES:
1. Skillet used will be provided by the fair and will be custom-made of steel (3.3lbs)
2. Toss will be straight down the line. Distance off the center line will be subtracted from the distance thrown.
3. No practice throws allowed
4. One (1) toss per competitor.
5. Crossing the foul line will result in disqualification.
6. Registration closes promptly at 10:15 a.m. with no exceptions. The Chairman reserves the right to limit the number of contestants.
7. Grand Championship Round will consist of two tosses per competitor and with the final measurement being the better of the two.
New Age Classes:
1 Ages 18 to 30
2 Ages 31 to 40
3 Ages 41 to 50
4 Ages 51 to 60
5 Ages 61 to 70
6 Ages 71 and over
A Grand Champion Award will be presented to the winner of the final toss.
Finalists will be the first place winners in Classes 1 thru 6.
