ART DEPARTMENT 
Hodge Exhibit Building

- Exhibitors must have an “exhibitor number” which can be obtained by e-mail, at the Fair Office or when you drop off your art Friday night.
- Each exhibitor must fill out an Exhibit Hall Entry Form which is on this website under “Entry Forms” or in the back of the “Exhibitors Handbook” Each piece of artwork needs an “exhibitors card” secured to it, this includes individuals entering through schools.
- Entries must be brought to the Hodge Building on Friday from 3pm - 8pm. Entries must be picked up and checked out by a committee member between 5 pm - 6:30 pm on Monday. Vehicles will not be allowed on the grounds before 6:00 pm.
- All art must be mounted for strength on cardboard or foam core, framed or unframed. No entries larger than 18”X24” PLEASE!
- All art must have an appropriate hanger, string or wire is fine, but it must be strong enough to endure the entire weekend under varying conditions.
- Previously entered art is subject to disqualification.
- Only one entry per division. Over 5 entries, even in multiple divisions, may be disqualified.
- There is only one Eric & Helen Ingles Memorial award, Best of Show may be given for each Division.

Art will be judged on composition, balance, presentation, expression and of individually. All prizes are awarded at the discretion of the judge(s) and are final. Categories may be added if the Art entered warrants a more specific medium not addressed. This will be at the discretion of the committee/judge.
