PARKING
Free Parking in Fairground Lots
The Sandwich Fair offers free parking in a large parking lot located just off Squam Lake Road, which leads from Center Harbor (called Bean Road in Center Harbor) to Center Sandwich and directly to the Fairgrounds and parking lot. The capacity has been enlarged and will accommodate approximately 5,000 cars. Additional free parking is also available next to The Designery on Route 113 (Maple Street/North Sandwich Road) and on Rt 109 N. at the top of Wentworth Hill. There are also several small private parking lots (fee is charged) in and around the village. All cars should be locked to protect personal property. Please do not bring your dog or pet in your car and leave them, thank you.
Handicapped Parking –available near the Sandwich Library before the Post Office and in the large parking lot off from Squam Lake/Bean Road.
RV Parking - available in the large parking lot off from Squam Lake/Bean Road.
Free Shuttle Bus is available from the additional large parking lot, if necessary, on Route 109N, approximately one mile south of the Fairgrounds at Wentworth Hill). The FREE SHUTTLE buses
to and from the lot will be available from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. A FREE SHUTTLE Bus is also available from the parking lot north of the fair grounds at Burleigh Hill (fees are charged at this lot to help local organizations)).
- Parking on the Fairgrounds, near exhibit buildings or near stands is prohibited during the fair.
